Day 1 Venice

Arrive at Venice airport and enjoy a private transfer from the airport to your water taxi to Ca’Sagredo Hotel. Housed in a 15th-century palace right on the Grand Canal, the Ca’ Sagredo Hotel provides a rare glimpse into the private lives of Venice’s ruling class. Enjoy some time at leisure to settle into your property and explore Venice on your own before your dinner reservation at Harry’s Bar, one of Venice’s most well-known restaurants and a national landmark.

Day 2 Venice

Partake in breakfast at the hotel, then meet your local expert guide and enjoy a walking tour of the highlights of St Mark’s Square and the Rialto area. Lunch will be enjoyed at your leisure at an authentic establishment recommended by your guide. Later, meet your expert guide for a late afternoon aperitif, pairing local wines with cicchetti, a classic Venetian finger food that features cured meats, cheese and local seafood.

Day 3 Venice

Today your local expert guide will take you on a tour of the Venice islands: Murano, Burano and Torcello. At the Murano Glass Factory, you’ll embark on a private, behind-the-scenes tour of one of Venice’s oldest and most renowned glass factories, learning about the time-tested techniques used to create the island’s iconic glass treasures. Afterward, you'll enjoy lunch at Terrazza, situated on the rooftop of Hotel Danieli, which specializes in Mediterranean-infused Venetian dishes.

Day 4 Lake Como

Following breakfast and checkout of the hotel, enjoy a private transfer from Venice to Sirmione, where you will be struck by the views of the Cinderella-like castle as you approach the town. Explore the Catullo grottoes, which offer both a taste of local Roman history and panoramic views of Lake Garda. Then, check into the Grand Hotel Tremezzo for four nights. Day 5 Lake Como

Today your expert local guide will take you to explore the hidden corners of Bellagio, a historic town on the shore of Lake Como. Enjoy a wine tasting at Villa Crella, which pairs the perfect cheeses to local white and red wines, before heading back to the harbor of Loppia. Your dinner reservation is at La Punta, which offers fantastic views across the lake. You’ll eat well this night feasting on their specialty dish: fillets of perch, fresh from the lake, on a bed of rice.

Day 6 Lake Como

Join your expert local guide on a private boat for a tour around the Central Lake area, including a visit to Villa Balbianello, considered by many to be the most beautiful villa on Lake Como. Your extensive tour of this “palace of delights” includes its famous picturesque gardens to enjoy the statues, botanic curiosities and famous loggia that was featured in “Star Wars.” On your return cruise, stop at the lake’s only island, Isola Comacina, for a seven-course lunch at Benvenuto Puricelli’s traditional restaurant Locanda dell’Isola.

Day 7 Lake Como

Today your expert local guide will take you on a hike to one of the most beautiful churches in the Central Lake area. Your hike begins along quaint cobblestone lanes through the backstreets of Griante, then up the hillside to the Church of San Martino to enjoy amazing views across the entire Central Lake area to the promontory of Bellagio, the Grigne Mountain Range and the Alps. Dinner will be at La Terrazza, an Art Nouveau jewel that has spent a century catering to some of the world’s most discerning guests.

8 & 9 Milan
