The two-bedroom Garden Cottage features a peaceful living room with an English country house-style décor, an outdoor deck and two baths, and The Folly cottage comes with a private veranda and separate water garden. Common spaces encompass a dining room, a library, an artists’ studio and outdoor courtyards. Activities include boating, horse treks and hiking in the nearby Abel Tasman National Park, and wine tasting in the Nelson Tasman wine region. The Motueka River, a famous trout stream, is within a five-minute drive.
