About Galapagos Safari Camp
Set at an elevation of 1,575 feet, this family-owned property, featuring a stylish central lodge and nine safari-style tents, is located in a transition zone between cultivated land and the national park. A glass-walled main lodge facing the Pacific includes a large log fire, well-stocked bookshelves and a cozy bar. Hillside tents built on wooden platforms are comfortable (but not luxurious) and come with writing desks, furnished balconies with an ocean view and a design that blends in with the surrounding natural landscape. A three-bedroom family suite is also available. The dining room serves excellent Ecuadorian and international dishes. The property also encompasses a small infinity pool, and chocolate-tasting sessions, kayaking and diving excursions can be arranged. This family-friendly camp also offers a seasonal kids’ club.
