About La Réserve Paris - Hotel and Spa
Overlooking the gardens of the Champs-Élysées, this elegant limestone mansion was originally built in 1854 as the residence of the Duc de Morny. After an extravagant renovation, it has become one of the best baby grand hotels in Paris. Decorator Jacques Garcia designed the lush Napoleon III décor in the public rooms, including an intimate residents-only library. The 40 accommodations each come with personal butlers; suites are augmented by wine cellars. Chef Jérôme Banctel oversees the hotel’s two restaurants: Le Gabriel, an excellent two-star dining room serving modernized classic French dishes, and La Pagode de Cos, offering daily changing tasting menus inspired by Banctel’s travels through Japan, Thailand, Greece and Turkey in an elegant dining room featuring silk-upholstered armchairs, gilded woodwork and a grand fireplace. The property also comprises a small spa with three treatment rooms, a 52-foot indoor swimming pool and a gym.
